SINCE ALL ORDERS ARE IMPORTED ON ORDER, WE REQUEST YOU TO CHECK THE SIZING CHART VERY VERY CAREFULLY AND DECIDE ON THE SIZE BEFORE YOU PLACE THE ORDER!!!

For return shipments, customer has to ship at his/her own expense with insurance.

Used or Damaged Merchandise

Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. 
 
Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
 
Sell it on facebook or OLX or Quickr, if you dont like!

 


Order Cancellation / Modifications

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

 


Damaged Goods:

Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than usual!

 


Returns Process:

  1. Send an email [email protected] with the reason of return
  2. Send it via courier to our address
  3. Email us the tracking information
 
We will then get back to you!
 
Please retain your return tracking information. Redlineracingstore.com is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from Redline Racing Store when your return is processed.
